WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
RESOURCE THERAPY TRAINING
A structured, parts based approach designed to deepen your clinical work and create meaningful, lasting change for your clients.

What is it?
Resource Therapy is a trauma informed, parts-based approach that works directly with the different parts of your personality, allowing us to access and resolve the root of emotional patterns, rather than just talking about them.
How it works
By gently connecting with the part of you holding the issue, we can process and shift what’s been stored beneath the surface, leading to deeper, more lasting change.
Why it's different
-
Targeted: working directly with the part holding the issue
-
Trauma-informed: gentle, safe, and paced to your nervous system
-
Efficient: often creating noticeable shifts without years of talk therapy
-
Empowering: helping you reconnect with your internal strengths
“Healing begins when we feel safe enough to meet all parts of ourselves.”
EMDR INTENSIVE IMMERSIONS
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence based therapy designed to help process and resolve trauma and distressing experiences.
What is EMDR?
EMDR is an evidence based therapy that helps the brain process and resolve trauma. By using guided bilateral stimulation, it supports the reprocessing of distressing memories, reducing their intensity and creating lasting change.
How it works
It uses bilateral stimulation to support the brain in reprocessing memories, allowing them to be stored in a more adaptive and less distressing way.
Why it's different
EMDR works directly with how memories are stored in the brain, rather than only talking through them, allowing for deeper, more efficient processing and lasting change.
EMDR is commonly used to support:
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Anxiety and panic
-
Childhood experiences and attachment wounds
-
Grief and loss
-
Phobias
-
Stress and emotional overwhelm
